We are a family-run, fresh-cut peony farm located in the heart of the Great Lakes in the Algoma region, Zone 4b.

It all began with wanting peonies for our wedding day. At the time, we knew nothing about bloom times, growing flowers, and the costs associated with shipping florals in. Our florist advised us it would cost us most of our wedding budget if we went that route. Disappointed as we were (our wedding was in September); we opted for local, in-season blooms, which turned out fabulous in the end.

However, in the back of our minds, the thought always lingered about the costs associated with shipping flowers in, and how there was a lack of local peonies grown here in Algoma.

Shortly afterwards, just before the pandemic, we planted two sweet Shirley Temple peonies from our local nursery on our property. Seeing our peonies thrive and produce massive blooms brought us a joy during those heavy pandemic days and we knew we couldn’t possibly grow these flowers just for ourselves. We knew we needed to share.

As of today, we host a home to well over 200 peony plants on our cozy acreage; and we’ve planted over 25 varieties of peonies, in a rainbow of colours for all to enjoy.

We’ve also begun trialling and growing other flowers - such as lavender and tulips. While we’re still in the learning process, we hope one day to add to our offerings for all to enjoy.

Peonies take approximately 3 years to mature, and we’ve been patiently waiting to offer you our fresh cut blooms. As time goes on, we’ll have more and more available for you to enjoy.

Peonies in our region begin to bloom between June 18-July 4
